How To Make Pancake Step 1: Things You'll Need: 1 cup all-purpose flour (spooned and leveled) 2 tablespoons sugar 2 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 cup milk 2 tablespoons unsalted butter 1 tablespoon vegtable oil 1 large egg Step 2: In a small bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Step 3: In a medium bowl, whisk together milk, butter, and egg. Then, add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. And, mix everything together. Step 4: Heat a large skillet or griddle and then moisten with oil. Step 5: Spoon 2-3 tablespoons of batter onto the skillet. Use the back of the spoon to spread the batter into a round circle. Step 6: Cook until the pancakes have a few bubbles. Then, flip them with a spatula. Cook 1-2 more minutes. Now you're done.
